I want to talk about depression.
I mean, I want to talk about ADHD. And also depression.
This will be long, but if you struggle with “atypical depression” or find yourself relating to parts of the story below, I hope it may be helpful.

1. Escape Say you’ve been feeling down and unmotivated, you’re having trouble getting out of bed in the morning, and sometimes even basic hygiene can be a struggle.
I hope this finds you well, reader. I know the odds of that aren’t that great. I don’t expect that there are many of you, anyway, but I hope that anyone finding this page will gain something from what I share here, even if nothing more than a sense that there are other humans still alive, seeing, thinking, and writing out there.
Primarily, I’m writing to collect and formalize my thinking about certain topics that interest me.
